Ms. Bianca Nadia Noshie
Chief Executive Officer
Bianca Noshie is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK (ACII) and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (FCIIG) and has been in the Insurance and Broking industry together for the past 10 years. She holds a BA Hons from the University of Ghana, Legon, an MSc. in Insurance and Risk Management from Cass Business School (now Bayes Business School, London) and an Award in Customer Service in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. Bianca started her insurance career in 2005 with CDH Insurance, currently NSIA Insurance. She started off as a Sales and Marketing Executive, had stints in the Underwriting and Claims department and became the Head, Publicity and Special Projects by 2015. She moved on in 2015 to become an Insurance Agent and then a Chartered Insurance Broker. She now manages Insurance Management Services Ltd (IMS), an Insurance Broking Firm. She became an IBAG council member when she was elected as General Secretary in 2019 and has held the position till date. Bianca has a passion for providing exceptional service to her clients, detailed knowledge of the Insurance Industry as well as exceptional skills in negotiation and customer care within the industry. Alice Commekai Doku
Underwriting Executive
Ms. Doku is a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds a bachelor's degree certificate in Arts. She is currently the underwriting executive of the firm and heads our administrative department with utmost dedication.

Kamel Noshie
Chairman
Mr. Noshie is an Architect with a wide range of experience both locally and abroad. He had the benefit of working with world-recognized Architects during his apprenticeship years. He graduated from Howard University in Washington DC and worked under various renowned architects in New York, Britain and the office of Kenzo Tange in Abuja.
Philip Jimanor
Member
Mr. Jimanor is a legal practitioner with vast experience in corporate and investment law. He is a Partner at Lithur Brew and Company. He holds degrees in Philosophy and Psychology and Law from the University of Ghana and a Barrister at Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and International Bar Association.
